Airport Passengers Decrease 21% in September

Director of Airport Marketing for the Sioux Gateway Airport, announced today a 21% decrease in total passengers for September compared to September of 2000. The decrease in total passengers comes at the end of sixth consecutive months of increased passengers.

Trans World Express to Introduce Regional Jet Service November 1st.

Airport Director, announced today that Trans World Express (TWE) Airlines would begin serving the Sioux Gateway Airport with Embraer Regional Jet (ERJ) aircraft November 1st. The ERJs will replace the Saab 340’s TWE currently operates in the market. TWE will utilize two ERJ series aircraft, an ERJ 140 and an ERJ 145.

Trans World Express to Replace Saab 340 Aircraft

The Airport will be holding a press conference at 11:00 am on Monday, October 1st regarding the replacement of the Saab 340 aircraft by Trans World Express.
