Sioux City Bandits to Practice at Airport Facility

SIOUX CITY, IA - Glenn S. Januska, A.A.E., Sioux Gateway Airport Director announced an agreement between the Airport and Sioux City Bandits allowing the Bandits to hold their practices in an indoor Airport facility.  The Bandits will hold practices in the 802 hangar, formerly the Northwest Airlink Maintenance Facility.  “While the hangar is used primarily for aircraft storage in the winter, its use right now is fairly sporadic as the weather gets nicer,” said Januska.  “We were thrilled to offer support to the Bandits in what we all believe will be an exciting indoor football season.” Mark Carley, Director of Sales, Marketing and Promotion for the Bandits said, “We’re grateful that we were able to establish a partnership with the Airport and are looking forward to the Sioux Gateway Airport night at the Bandit’s June 23rd home game.”
